Chef Kevan Ho and his Philosophy

That belief resonates through everything we do in this kitchen. We source unique and seasonal ingredients, fresh seafood and the highest quality proteins possible. I always encourage people and everyone around me to do more and strive daily to better ourselves. This shows in our food and restaurant.  We focus on core techniques emphasized with modern flare, fun, and creativity.
